This protocol gives details on SSBBV, what data is collected, how it is collected, and how the data is used by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). The data is important for estimating test positivity, enhancing our knowledge and understanding of bloodborne virus testing, who is being tested, from which service types and how this has changed over time.
