Stakeholders have been consulted to ensure the funding rules provide the foundations for the adult education system to be simpler and more responsive to the needs of local communities and employers. The SFA has created this document to provide a useful executive summary of the changes that are planned as part of the transition to full skills devolution starting 2018 to 2019.
