Details
The Agency is looking to procure a range of services which will enhance the delivery of the National Careers Service and to encourage young people to take up apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
As a result we have launched the service developer framework (the framework) for organisations who wish to deliver non-education and training services.
The framework has been designed to pre-qualify organisations by carrying out due diligence checks and testing they have the financial capacity to deliver this provision.
Entering the framework does not mean you will automatically receive a contract with the Agency; it means you will be invited to compete for the provision you have advised you are interested in, as and when this becomes available.
How do I enter?
The first stage is to apply to enter the framework. You can do this by accessing our e-tendering portal and completing the online questionnaire.
If you have not already registered on the e-tendering portal, you will be required to set up a user account. You can do this by following the step by step instructions on the e-tendering website.
Service developer framework: accessing the e-tendering portal
This document provides guidance on how to access the e-tendering portal and locate the service developer framework application process.
We will assess your application once the deadline has closed. If you are successful you will appear on the framework, and if you are unsuccessful we will advise you of the outcome of your application. Once you are on the framework, you will be invited to compete for the provision you have advised you are interested in, as and when this becomes available.
The first round of applications have now been assessed and we have published the list of successful organisations.
The framework is due to re-open shortly, details of which will be communicated on this page.
