  1. New waste codes added to standard rule - 16 01 03 (end of life tyres) and 17 09 04 (mixed construction and demolition wastes other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03).

  2. We have updated the interpretation section 4.4 of the standard rule with a revised definition for the term ‘European Site’

  3. We have added text to clarify the status of the new and amended rules sets following consultation No 12 and re-instated the existing rules sets that continue to apply until 1 March 2016.
