1. Do you currently have any AI enabled chatbots engaging with citizens directly? If not, do you intend to introduce this in the next 12 months?

The Social Security Advisory Committee is a statutory independent non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions.
The Committee does not use AI chatbots or a live webchat to engage directly with third parties. We do not hold any of the other information you have requested. Our information technology systems and support is arranged by the Department for Work and Pensions.
