The 2013 Standard Civil Contract (as amended) governs the provision of Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes.

The 2013 Standard Civil Contract (as amended) consists of the:

• HPCDS Contract for Signature (the ‘Offer’ letter)
• HPCDS Category Specific Rules (at Annex A of the HPCDS Contract for Signature (the ‘Offer’ letter))
• HPCDS Schedule (at Annex B of the HPCDS Contract for Signature (the ‘Offer’ letter))
