This form can be used to notify Companies House about the termination of a director’s appointment.
It takes longer to process paper forms sent to us by post.
Use the online service to update your information as quickly as possible.
Do not use the paper form if the company is in the PROOF (PROtected Online Filing) Scheme.
Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
