Details
The Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) has designed guidance on producing business cases for infrastructure projects, for use by other countries around the world. The guidance is part of the Green Book collection. It is designed specifically for infrastructure and to reflect international best practice for infrastructure development. It has its own accreditation and training programme. View a list of training providers.
This page also contains an international version of the business case guidance that was originally developed by HM Treasury and Welsh Government. The guidance sets out a method for developing proposals for programmes and projects, in a manner that optimises value for money. There is training available to support understanding and application of the international business case guidance. View a list of training providers.
