The revocations in this Statutory Instrument (SI) include:

legislation prescribing the format of rail accident investigation reports, which is overly bureaucratic and removes flexibility from the Rail Accidents Investigation Branch to tailor investigations to a particular circumstance

provisions relating to EU rail technical standards which are no longer relevant following EU exit

duplication and overly prescriptive requirements that apply to the access arrangements which govern operator access to the track and rail facilities.
