School resource management advisers (SRMAs) are accredited sector experts that provide peer-to-peer advice to schools and academy trusts on using revenue and capital resources to deliver the best possible educational outcomes for pupils.

This guidance is for schools, academy trusts and local authorities.
One-to-one mentoring
As part of the SRMA programme, there is a free, one-to-one mentoring programme for school business managers, school finance managers and chief financial and operating officers. The programme is designed to build your knowledge, ability and confidence through establishing a supportive peer-to-peer relationship. Places are limited.
