Home Office Research Report 39 was written to contribute to fulfilling the reporting requirements of the European Refugee Fund (ERF) II
Semi-structured interviews were conducted with diverse VARRP 2006 stakeholders. Extracts from analysis of International Organization for Migration management data are included to provide broader VARRP 2006 context. There was a focus on Nigeria as a return country.
