Registration for the supply of tobacco products and e-cigarettes to consumers in the UK and European Economic Area.

Details

This page contains guidance on the registration process for supplying tobacco and e-cigarettes (including e-liquids, devices and components) to customers into or out of Northern Ireland. It also updates the requirements for registering these products by retailers based in Great Britain, the EU, the European Economic Area and third countries.

There is also a link to complete the registration process with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, and a list of retailers that have registered.

Registration is a requirement under Part 8 of the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.
