This document assesses the impact of the measures covered in the Act except the introduction of the 40% threshold for ballots in important public services which is considered in a separate impact assessment, and the reform of trade union facility time in the public services and the reforms related to the deduction of union subscriptions from wages in the public sector, which are considered in separate impact assessments.
