This joint statement follows the first mixed committee meeting that was held in Seoul on 12 November 2024 between the governments of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Korea.

The statement includes participating ministries and sets out the main areas of discussion. It delivers on commitments made in the UK-ROK Downing Street Accord signed in November 2023.
