Before you apply for the UK Seafood Fund: Infrastructure Scheme, you must read the following documents. You will be asked to confirm you have read them in the Qualification Questions and in the UK Fisheries Support System.
Form of application (Annex A)
The form of application sets out what you are agreeing to if you make an application to us.
Terms and conditions (Annex B)
This document outlines terms and conditions for the scheme, including:
- monitoring and reporting
- auditing and assurance
- conflicts of interest
- statutory duties
Do not complete the entry fields on this form. These will be completed if your application is successful.
Privacy notice
The notice sets out how the Marine Management Organisation will collect your data when you apply for the Infrastructure Scheme.
