Qualification questions
The qualification questions are used to identify potential or actual conflicts of interest. All questions will be scored with either a pass or fail. You will need to pass all questions for your application to progress further.
Technical questions template
The technical questions are used to assess how your project meets the objectives of the scheme. All questions will be scored against the criteria in the ITA. You need to score at least 50 in TQ2, TQ3, TQ4, TQ5 and TQ6 to pass.
Use this template to present your answers.
Total project cost template (Annex C)
The total project cost template allows you to predict the amount of grant funding you will receive based on your match funding level.
You need to download and fill in the total project cost template and submit it along with your qualification questions form.
Cost-benefit ratio template (Annex D)
