Credyd Cynhwysol a'ch Ymrwymiad Hawlydd

Sut mae'r Ymrwymiad Hawlydd Credyd Cynhwysol yn gweithio a'r hyn a ddisgwylir gan hawlwyr yn gyfnewid am gael Credyd Cynhwysol.

Dogfennau

Manylion

Mae’r canllaw hwn yn esbonio sut y bydd angen i bobl sy’n hawlio Credyd Cynhwysol dderbyn Ymrwymiad Hawlydd cyn y gallant dderbyn eu taliadau budd-dal.

Mae’n cynnwys beth yw’r Ymrwymiad Hawlydd a sut y bydd yn helpu hawlwyr i ddod o hyd i waith. Mae’n amlinellu’r mathau o bethau y bydd yn ofynnol i hawlwyr eu gwneud yn gyfnewid am gael Credyd Cynhwysol, ac yn dangos sut mae’r rhain yn dibynnu ar amgylchiadau unigol pob hawlydd.

Mae’r canllaw hefyd yn tynnu sylw at beth fydd yn digwydd os bydd hawlwyr yn methu â gwneud yr hyn y maent wedi’i dderbyn yn eu hymrwymiad hawlydd.

Os yw gweithiwr meddygol proffesiynol wedi dweud bod gennych lai na 12 mis i fyw, ni fydd angen Ymrwymiad Hawlydd arnoch.
