Details

The UK has received confirmation that the Serbian Tax Administration will refund VAT to any legitimate claims submitted by UK businesses in respect of VAT incurred in the Republic of Serbia since 1 January 2014.

Use this Serbian language claim form to request a Republic of Serbia cross border VAT refund. A UK translation of the form has been included to help you fill in your application.

Once completed the claim form with original copies of all relevant invoices should be sent to:
