Details
The vulnerable children and young people (VCYP) survey collected 39 waves of data between May 2020 and July 2022. The survey is no longer being collected and no further documents relating to the survey are planned to be published.
Use the ‘Vulnerable children and young people survey: waves 1 to 39’ document available on the Explore Education Statistics website for the most up-to-date and final figures. Figures may differ to previously published documents due to late submissions and corrections to the data returned.
The summary of findings presented cover:
- numbers and contact with children supported by local authorities
- children’s social care workforce availability
- cost and system pressures
