   Updates to part 2 (eligibility), paragraph 3.1 (apology), paragraph 6.2 (making a claim) and annex D (loss of access to employment).

2. 11 April 2023

   Updated paragraph 2.6 of the PDF version of the guidance to be in line with the accessible version. A close family member of a primary claimant is eligible to claim compensation under paragraph 3.10 and Annex J (living costs), as well as under paragraphs 3.8 and 3.9.
