Background
1. This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to Work and Health Programme Provider Guidance chapters 3, 3b, 4 and 11 in response to living with COVID-19 government guidelines and changes to ESF participant signature requirements.
2. WHP Provider Guidance chapters 1, 2, 3, 3b, 4 and 11 has been updated to reflect these changes.
Summary and action
3. As changes have been made throughout the chapters you and your supply chain must familiarise yourself with each chapter in its entirety.
4. The updated Provider Guidance has already been published on GOV.UK and should be used from 11 August 2022 by you and your supply chain partners.
5. From 11 August 2022, the above Provider Guidance chapters 1 and 2 was updated and published on GOV.UK.
