These documents present trends of bloodstream infections in patients in critical care units in England as part of the Infection in Critical Care Quality Improvement Programme (ICCQIP).

The 2024 and 2025 reports are the first two published epidemiological commentaries by UKHSA on this disease area in England and are published as official statistics in development.

The trends of common types of bacteraemia occurring in any hospital setting and in the community are presented in the annual report on MRSA, MSSA and Gram-negative bacteraemia and CDI.
