Details
The speed of processing official statistics replace the old ‘right time indicator’. The speed of processing statistics show new claims and changes of circumstances separately and do not include a combined measure. The statistics include the volumes of claims, changes and the total days to process new claims and changes of circumstances.
Speed of processing measures the average times to process a new Housing Benefit claim or a change in circumstance of an existing Housing Benefit claim.
