Details
The Labour in Horticulture Survey was commissioned in 2018 to demonstrate the scale of any shortfall in seasonal labour in order to help make decisions on the reintroduction of the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS). As the survey has met its initial purpose it has now been discontinued.
The final edition was Quarter 2, 2022 statistics published on 2 September.
Analyses of the quarterly Labour in Horticulture Survey in England for 2022. Surveys for quarter 1 and 4 ceased to run from late 2021 due to lower need for labour at this time and the low response rate.
The machine readable dataset only contains data. Any metadata and methodology is included in the statistical release and ODS dataset.
