This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of and outstanding and the number of Gender Recognition Certificates applied for and granted in January to March 2024. Additionally this report includes one statistical notice covering Detained Immigration Appeals; as well as an additional set of statistics on the appeal rate to the SEND Tribunal for calendar year 2023 and annual statistics on Postponements, Adjournments and Judicial Sittings for the financial year 2023/24.
