Documents to provide on application Description
Draft harbour reorganisation scheme A draft of your proposed harbour reorganisation scheme
Associated plans and maps which will be annexed to the scheme Where a harbour reorganisation scheme includes provision for the compulsory acquisition of land, or the diverting of a public right of way over a footpath, bridleway or restricted byway, you must provide copy of any plans and maps to be annexed to the order. The MMO reserves the right to request more copies.
Statement in support A document setting out the reasons why you are applying for this harbour reorganisation scheme on the MMO’s template.
Relevant supporting legislation Any relevant legislation which is referred to or relevant to your reorganisation scheme. You must provide copies of the full Act or Instrument. Where a draft Harbour Order amends existing legislation, please provide marked up copies of the existing legislation to facilitate review and understanding.
Other associated documents If necessary, please attach any maps or plans relating to previous legislation which may support your application.
