Receive the result by phone
*When you apply for an official search to be made in the Agricultural Credits Register, using form AC6 you can request that the result of search be posted or telephoned. It costs £5 per call (minimum fee), in addition to the £4 per name fee payable for the official search.
How to pay fees
You can pay for services and substantive applications by:
- variable direct debit, if you have a Business e-services account
- cheque or postal order - make payable to ‘HM Land Registry’ and send with your application to our Agricultural Credits Department

This guide is based on the statutory provision of the Agricultural Credits Fees Order 1985, which came into effect on 1 June 1985 and still applies.
