You can apply by filling in our Application Management online form. Alternatively, you can download and complete an AMS1 and then upload it when you’re ready to submit your application.

Pre-submission enquiry guidance

You can use the Pre-submission Enquiry Service online form to tell us about your application or tell us about your application using form PSS1. You can fill it in online or download a copy and upload it at a later date.

Our Bulk Application Team is here to assist you with large-scale applications, subject to criteria. They will help you avoid the complications associated with submitting applications based on a common deed or deeds.

Criteria

This service is available to those submitting applications for:

• more than 50 registered titles
• more than 50 unregistered properties
• any combination of registered and unregistered titles exceeding 50 in total

Guidance on large-scale voluntary first registrations

Get expert support before lodging large-scale voluntary first registrations

If you are seeking the voluntary first registration of a portfolio of unregistered properties, land assets or a large landed estate, our dedicated team can help.

This free service is available to anyone registering more than 20 individual parcels or units of land and can help you avoid the inconsistencies that can arise from individual applications, while enabling more efficient processing.
