VDEC is an established partner for vaccine development.
VDEC is:
- an approved partner for ‘Animal Model Development and Medical Countermeasure Testing’ in the US Government’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) non-clinical studies network
- an implementing partner for the Coalition of Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) providing expertise in ‘High Containment Animal Modelling to Support Product Development’
- a leading partner and provider of materials for CEPI’s Central Laboratory Network
- a member of the UK’s National Immunisation Schedule Evaluation Consortium (NISEC)
- a participant in the UK Vaccine Network
- a member of the Delivery Partner Network for the Pathways to Antimicrobial Clinical Efficacy (PACE) programme
- a service provider to biotech and pharma companies, working on products through supporting assay development for clinical trials and onto licensure
