Before you start
You’ll need the:
- details of the company
- details of the person responsible for dealing with the employee’s claim
- employee’s details, including their National Insurance number and address
- start date for the period that the employee is not eligible for Statutory Neonatal Care Pay, and the end date (if there is one)
