BLM22025 - Defining long funding leases: amendments, transfers and assignments: extension of term of long funding finance lease

In most cases a long funding finance lease will contain an option to extend the lease term for the useful life of the asset and there is no equivalent provision to CAA01/S70YB for long funding finance leases.
