CAPI04300 - CAP charges: preferential rates of CAP duty

EU agreements provide for special preferential rates of CAP duty to be applied to certain goods originating in particular countries or groups of countries.

Goods entitled to such rates are displayed in the Tariff and on CHIEF unless they are obtained through the production of a CAP licence.
