CAPI07250 - CAP import licences: incorrect attributions

If a paper licence is incorrectly attributed, the box with the incorrect attribution must be cancelled across all columns and the correct details entered in the corresponding box below.

An electronic licence must be corrected using CHIEF command ALLU (Amend Licence Usage).
