CBTM02090 - Claims, awards and rates: Effective date of change of rate

Child Benefit & Guardian’s Allowance (Administration) Regulations 2003, regulation 14

Where a change in rate would take effect on a day that is not the appropriate payday for the benefit or allowance, the change shall take effect from the following appropriate payday.
