You must not disclose any NMW information to the DWP. As you will often be using NMW information for the purposes of your examination, you will need to take special care not to disclose any inadvertently. If you are uncertain whether you are entitled to disclose information (of whatever nature) in a particular case, you should seek advice from the Liaison Officer before responding. Note also that DWP officers cannot ask you to obtain information on their behalf, for example, by asking a customer for benefit-related details with no relevance for tax credits.
