DMBM681370 - Ordinary Cause: Action to be taken once inhibition recorded by Registers of Scotland

Once the inhibition has been recorded in the Inhibitions and Adjudications Register at the Registers of Scotland it will remain in force for a period of five years from the date of its recording.

It is important that you make a prominent note of the expiry date on both the relevant computer records and papers held.
