ECSH32731 - Enterprise Tax Management Platform

Enterprise Tax Management Platform (ETMP) is directly linked to the online registration system accessed by a Government Gateway Account. It is used by other lines of business. There is a video showing how to use ETMP on the Videos and Presentations page of the Capability and Learning Zone SharePoint. 

ETMP can be used to view the application form submitted by the business. 

Authorisations use ETMP to: 

  • Send secure communications to the business government gateway account.  
  • Approve or reject an application for supervision. 
  • Check a customer's account balance and fees.

  • Compliance and Authorisations caseworkers will use ETMP to cancel a registration and raise and maintain penalty charges.  

Compliance caseworkers must confirm if any changes have been made since a case was packaged and throughout a case. Before contacting a business, you must check ETMP for any changes to registration details, for example: 

  • Key personnel and contact information.
  • Addresses and number of premises. 
  • Whether the business has recently deregistered, or its registration has been cancelled (for example, for non-payment of fees). 
  • Whether the business has made changes to its supervised activities. 
  • If the business has any associations, for example agents. 
  • The correct fees have been applied/paid, for example for the number of responsible persons who have applied for fit and proper/approvals.
  • If the business has submitted its annual declaration and paid its annual fee.
