ECSH34315 - Closure and scoring

Introduction 

Once the outcome has been agreed by your manager (and the decision and evidence log (DEL), where appropriate, signed off by your line manager), you can issue the outcome to the business - ECSH34030 - issue outcome letter. Once all actions are finalised, you can close your case on caseflow or registration case management service (RCM), depending on your work area. You must also close your case on the case tracker relevant to your work area.
