ECSH44930 - New Application fee process

New application fees:

When an applicant submits an application to register with HMRC for supervision, it must pay the appropriate fees. These can be found here.

Deadline to pay outstanding fees:

Once an application for registration has been submitted through the business’ Government Gateway account, the applicant has 30 days to pay the outstanding fees. If all the fees are not paid, the new registration will be automatically rejected. Further guidance on auto-rejection can be found in ECSH47536 .

Amendment made within 30 days:

The 30-day deadline to pay outstanding fees will be reset if an amendment is made to the new application.
