IHTM02115 - Communications: Outgoing correspondence: postal system for all countries outside the UK

All post going outside the UK should be sent by airmail. The post room will use normal window box envelopes, marked and stamped for airmail.

Take the letter to the post room by hand for them to send the letter by airmail.
