MLR3C10430 - Trust or Company Service Providers (TCSPS): What is a "tailor made" package?

A tailor made package allows the client greater freedom in choosing the company name, subject to acceptance of the name by Companies House. Registration is not permitted of companies with the same, or a too similar name to an existing company. It also allows flexibility in determining the authorised share capital and the objects of the company. This is done by completing an on-screen application on the formation agent’s web site. The application will ask for details of the proposed company name, the registered office and particulars of the directors and shareholders. The details are submitted to Companies House by a link from the formation agent’s website. Payment of the formation agent’s fee and the Companies House fee is taken from the applicant’s credit or debit card. The registration of the Company then goes ahead and the client becomes registered as the owner of the company.
