NIM33620 - Special Cases - Persons going to and coming from abroad: Paying voluntary NICs - Coming from countries not covered by the EC Regulations or a RA: Liability for Class 2 NICs

A person arriving in the United Kingdom from a country not covered by the EC Regulations or a RA must satisfy the residency conditions in NIM20050 to be liable for Class 2 NICs.
