ONSCG4160 - Handling applications upon receipt: clearance applications received without an Annex

Where an application is received without a completed Annex the caseworker should ask the customer for the relevant completed Annex form.

The Non-statutory Clearances Team is effectively a post box and cannot engage with customers on the content of their application.
