RM1528 - Amending an existing annual claims case: Introduction

When you have set up a case you can use CZ to amend any details.

The rules for making entries in each field are the same as for setting up but you need additional information in the following situations

• taxpayer deceased (RM1532)
• claimant’s address RLS (RM1536)
• amending an RLS address (RM1540)
• using the CORRES HELD field (RM1542).
• an Inspector uses CZ (RM1543).
• claimant changes surname (RM1546).
