SW02230 - Learning: Online Learning Packages: HMRC Member

All HMRC Members must successfully complete the ‘Introduction to Shared Workspace e-Learning’ and the ‘Shared Workspace Security e-learning packages’ on Kallidus before they are given access to a Shared Workspace Room.

The Introduction to Shared Workspace e-Learning package covers the following subjects:

  • Welcome
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Getting Started
  • Explaining the My eRooms Screen
  • Navigating around a Room
  • Quick Reference Guides

The package, including the optional element, takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
