SW02240 - Learning: Online Learning Packages: Customer Organisation Representative

The Customer Organisation Representative (COR) is responsible for registering their organisation to use the service and for agreeing the purpose of the Room with HMRC.

The COR has an important role to play in appointing the first two Customer Nominated Contacts (CNC) SW04520 who will be responsible for the membership of the organisation within a Room.

The COR can also nominate themselves as a CNC.

A module is provided within the CNC Online Learning package at which explains how the COR uses the CNC Nomination page on the secure HMRC website to appoint the first two CNCs SW04520 for their organisation to a room.

The COR should complete this module before allocating the role of CNC to their staff.

The package takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
