TCM0066120 - Claims - capture (L-P): NINO incorrectly entered during capture (Info)

If you realise that you have used the wrong NINO whilst using Function CAPTURE APPLICATION you mustn’t select [Store], otherwise the claim will be stored on the computer and appear on the Incomplete Applications work list.

Instead, you must abandon the function by selecting [Cancel] and start again.

If you realise you have used the wrong NINO after you have selected [Store]

• take a note of the correct details
• use Function CAPTURE APPLICATION using the NINO that you used before
• record your action in the Application Notes field on the Summary Information screen
• contact your own support unit area.
