TCM1000071 - How to check if a Child Benefit claim includes bank details
Step 1
Access Child Benefit Service desktop icon
- enter the customer’s NINO in the upper navigation bar and select ‘search’
- check the customer’s name and address in he top left corner of the screen to ensure you select the correct customer details
- select ‘Payments’ option from the left hand side navigation bar
- bank details will be available to view on this screen
