TCM1000102 - How to check income used in calculation and access View Elements screen

Note: If you receive an error message informing you that you are denied access to details for that customer, follow the guidance in TCM0068160.
On the ‘Function menu’
- select ‘Award’ on the toolbar
- select ‘View’. You will be taken to the key entry data screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ‘All’
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘Select Award’ screen
- select the version with the issue date nearest to the ‘Healthy Start’ voucher entitlement start date
- select ‘OK’. You will be taken to the ‘View Award Summary’ screen
- select ‘View Calculations’. You will be taken to the ‘View Calculations - Sterling’ screen
- select ‘View Income’. You will be taken to the ‘View Income’ screen
- make a note of the income used in the calculation
- select ‘Cancel’. You will be taken back to the ‘View Calculations - Sterling’ screen
- select ‘View Elements’. You will be taken to the ‘View Elements - Sterling’ screen
- check that ‘CTC’ only is in payment
- make a note of the elements that are currently in payment to the customer.
