Step 1
On the ‘Function Menu’
- select ‘Application’ on the toolbar
- select ‘Capture Current’ from the options available. You’ll be taken to the ‘Key Entry Data - Applicant’ screen
- enter the customer’s NINO
- select ’OK’. You’ll be taken to the ‘Applicant 1’ screen
Note: If the ‘Signal’ screens displays, select ‘OK’.
- enter the telephone number in the ‘Telephone Number’ fields
- select ‘Sm’ on the toolbar. You’ll be taken to the ‘Summary Information’ screen
- select ‘OK’. You have updated the telephone number.
